his place on earth was short, but the message was loud and clear. we are all capabe of great things by being ourselves, we need not conform to society standards, this man lived just to send us this great message, let us not dissapoint him, most of us who is here is most likely cause this man is an inspiration to us. Mind body and soul, this is our greatest weapon

Sparring has limitations. Jeet kun do is no holding back limitless. Difference. I did take won do and was always dominant no matter who I faced fighting. In point fighting limited striking areas I would get disqualified. Not as good. There is a difference. I was from the hood. Not bragging but no rules or limits was my mind set. Did not make me less of a fighter. I was better in real life deadly situations. Limitless.

Amalgamated Antagonists says:

Lee was fats in many of the films while they were shooting they would have to do four or five takes of just on punch because it was so fast that the camera would not catch it and it look like he was faking his punch so they had to ask him to slow down to get it on camera

The source says it all….

Joe Smith says:

“According to Dr. Lionel Walpin, who examined Lee in September 1970, Bruce’s back spasm was triggered during an episode of sexual intercourse in June 1970. After giving Bruce a complete physical examination and ordering a set of spinal X-rays, Dr. Walpin concluded that there was little wrong with him. After a brief period, and with the help of a Jacuzzi, Bruce straightened out and returned to his usual workouts.”
